Who doesn’t love Seals, I saw this one snoozing away in a photo reference and decided to make my own spin on him, whilst he was looking so calm, he’s also got one eye on who’s watching him. I loved painting him but I did find his background challenging, surrounded by small pebbles on his natural sunbathing environment , who wouldn’t smile at his beautiful character .
The canvas is a 60x50cm Belle Arti Linen clear Canvas framed in a wooden frame with bronze finish.
